Return & Refund Policy

At Torso, we ensure every shirt meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy exchange process.

No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed.
  • Instead, we provide the option to exchange your product for another size or style (subject to availability).

Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

  • The product doesn’t fit your child.
  • You received a wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Email us at torsofashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Our team will review your request within 2/3 business days.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
  • After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • A flat ₹200 shipping fee will apply for all exchange requests.
  • This covers both return pickup and delivery of the replacement item.
